November 15, 2002 Fall Regatta Recap Head of the Mohawk
Thanks to a generous donation from the Robison Family, Crew has purchased a "new" 8+ for the women. The 1998 Vespoli Millennium was purchased from the University of Pennsylvaina. It has spent most of the last four years sitting on a rack in the UPenn boathouse. I'm sure the RPI Women's Crew will put it to good use. Pictures will be posted here soon. As for FORR, we are still working on all of the paperwork to register ourselves as a 401(c)(3) charitable organization so that donations will be tax deductible. We hope to have this done by the end of the year. The timing of all of this may be very good, as the new Athletic Director has been discussing breaking up the Let's Go Red Booster Club in to individual, sport specific, alumni run, booster clubs.
